How long does the engraving process take?
Most custom engravings are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your personalized pen is ready, it will be shipped via your selected shipping method.
Can I return a personalized or engraved pen?
Because engraved items are custom-made to your specifications, they are generally non-returnable. However, if there is a defect in the product or an error in our engraving, we will provide a replacement immediately.
Do your pens come with a warranty?
Yes, all Dayspring Pens are backed by a mechanical warranty. This covers the internal mechanisms of the pen, ensuring your writing instrument remains a reliable accessory for years to come.
What kind of ink refills do your pens use?
Our pens use standard high-quality refills specific to each brand (such as Cross, Parker, or Waterman). You can find compatible ink cartridges and ballpoint refills directly on our website.
Do you offer corporate or bulk discounts?
We specialize in corporate gifting. Discounts are available for bulk orders, and we can even include your company logo on the pens. Please contact our sales team for a custom quote.
